Lester, Barber, and Associates, Inc., is a real estate appraisal firm with three offices in Richmond and Central Virginia. We specialize in appraisals of office buildings, industrial properties, retail/shopping centers, multi-family properties, planned unit developments (PUDs), and undeveloped land. Our land valuation division specializes in acquisition and development appraisals, subdivisions, and valuations of farm and timber land.

Other specialized services include marketability, feasibility, and highest and best use studies; lease analysis, the valuation of partial interests; and other consulting services to meet individual client needs.
